Salinas River Walk

Salinas River is an east-west divider in Paso Robles – stunning in fall splendor, flowing in intense winter rains and shaded during the summer. Take a walk along this thoroughfare of vast cultural importance on the Salinas River Walk, which spans roughly 2 miles. Riparian habitat, flora and fauna thrive here. Glimpse California quail, sagebrush, doves, wild pigs and more abound along what stands as one of the area’s longstanding water-dependent habitats.

The trail itself is part of a planning effort to build 30 miles of trail connecting San Miguel to Santa Margarita, and Paso Robles is right in the middle of it and currently has trail access.
